Vagabonding — Work Not Always About Money!

Howdy guys!

It has been months in Covid Pandemic and yet to be know when this will end. Second wave — therefore lockdown — had hit my hometown. Everything is less panicky compared to the first, but still it counts more casualties in terms of new cases.

Traveling is unwise at this moment. However doesn’t stop me to read few books on traveling which gave me new insight.

Vagabonding

There is expensive/luxurious traveling & cheap/backpacking traveling. We all know that. Some might be proud of their luxurious traveling while others might feel virtuous for being traveling minimally. But traveling is more than that. It is about how you see the world and people. It is spiritual to the point that a long-term traveling changed you when you back home.

One important idea that I picked up is about working overseas. I never know that it is possible to go traveling while working part time. I am not talking about being a digital nomad, but working physically as bartender or sort in your destination. Therefore not only seeing new sights but know local people intimately. Work is more and sometimes not about making money.

This pandemic might be hard for us. But that doesn’t mean our mental should be confined. Read book and who knows you got new perspective that will changed your way of life once this is all over.
